基于模拟的企业过程模型自动优化技术研究

企业过程模型参数自动优化是一个多参数多目标的系统优化问题.采用线性加权法将其转换成多参数单目标问题的求解,提出基于计算机模拟的企业过程模型参数的自动寻优方法.它将传统的共轭梯度法FR（fletcher reeves）和禁忌搜索算法TS（tabu search）结合起来,采用FR法进行局部寻优,由TS法实现从当前局部最优点向全域范围内的更优区域转移,循环往复达到求出全域范围最优点的目的.改进了FR法与TS法,克服了各自的缺陷,并提出禁忌区域表的概念,从而加速寻优过程.它适用于任意多维曲面的多极值问题最优求解,对企业进行BPR（business process reengineering）和实施ERP（enterprise resource planning）管理有较大的指导意义.

Method for calculating ecological water storage and ecological water requirement of marsh

As one of the most typical wetlands, marsh plays an important role in hydrological and economic aspects, especially in keeping biological diversity. In this study, the definition and connotation of the ecological water storage of marsh is discussed for the first time, and its distinction and relationship with ecological water requirement are also analyzed. Furthermore, the gist and method of calculating ecological water storage and ecological water requirement have been provided, and Momoge wetland has been given as an example of calculation of the two variables. Ecological water use of marsh can be ascertained according to ecological water storage and ecological water requirement. For reasonably spatial and temporal variation of water storage and rational water resources planning, the suitable quantity of water supply to marsh can be calculated according to the hydrological conditions, ecological demand and actual water resources.

汽车变速器装配生产线监控系统的设计

生产监控系统在企业生产管理中具有重要的不可替代的地位。网络化生产监控系统适应了企业管控一体化发展的要求,它可以直接与企业上层管理信息系统相融合,使得管理人员可以直观的了解到生产现场细致的生产数据,从而可以在宏观和微观两个方面来把握企业生产、计划、调度、管理。本文以现场总线技术和OPC技术为理论基础,提出了一种网络化监控系统架构,并讲述了其功能,着重阐述了系统功能的设计和实现。

Linking territorial and coastal planning: the Venezuelan experience

Venezuela is located in central northern South America, with some 4 000 km of coastline and near 700 000 km2 of marine and submarine areas. The Venezuelan coastal zone is characterized by serious problems of land use and utilisation of its natural resources, caused by a generally anarchical spatial occupation and lack of sufficient legal and administrative means for control. In this paper, a synthesis of the Venezuelan approach to attaining a sustainable development of its marine and coastal zones is presented. This means the accomplishment of the social and economic development of the Venezuelan population in general, and specifically the coastal inhabitants, taking into account the legal and administrative patterns that govern land use planning and the utilisation of natural resources, particularly in marine and coastal areas. The paper is organised in three parts: (1) the diagnosis of the current situation; (2) the presentation of a hypothesis based on present trends (trend scenario); and (3) the statement and application of a sound and adequate solution (desirable and possible scenario).

基于中间件的MES与ERP系统信息集成技术研究

现在企业系统与控制系统的主流的集成技术为基于中间件的系统集成,即通过中间件的桥梁作用把各种ERP和MES系统连接起来,实现信息在两者之间的交互与共享。因此本文提出“信息集成内容遵循S95标准,消息封装格式应用XML技术,企业应用集成平台采用BizTalkserver来实现”的中间件集成方法,最后应用此中间件引擎给出了一个在MES与ERP系统之间实现信息集成的示例。
